When I got married in 2001, I was 6’2″ and 165 pounds.  To say the least, I was a beanpole.
Fast forward to 2017 and I hit a grand total of 271 pounds.  My health was in the way of me really living the life that I wanted to live.  When I was at my lowest point, a friend called me and offered to help me get healthy.  Three months later I was 50 pounds down and well on my way to optimal living.  Having found another passion, my health, I became determined to help others along the same journey.

I received a health coaching certification from Villenova Universities Center for Obesity Prevention and Education and since then, have helped dozens of people lose hundreds of pounds and keep it off!

My plan helping people has 4 simple pieces.

  1. Health Coaching:  With me as your health coach, I will walk with you step by step to encourage and support you.  We will have regular conversations and connection so we can be sure that you stay on the right track.
  2. Habits of Health:  Losing the weight is just the first step, to truly be successful, you need to learn new habits to KEEP the weight off.  My plan will help you learn a new approach to life and food so you stay healthy forever!  No YO YO diets here!
  3. Community:  You will have a connection to thousands of people who are on the same plan you are for support.  In addition to this, you will also have access to a team of medical and nutrition professionals to help you around every corner.
  4. Fuelings:  Viewing food as a fuel is very important.  While on my plan, you will eat 6 times a day, drink a lot of water, and get a good nights sleep every night.  The fuelings we use are all developed to help you get exactly what your body needs and they taste great!  You WILL love it.
