When I got married in 2001, I was 6’2″ and 165 pounds.  To say the least, I was a beanpole.  Fast forward to 2017 and I hit a grand total of 271 pounds.  My health was in the way of me really living the life that I wanted to live
.  When I was at my lowest point, a friend called me and offered to help me get healthy.  Three months later I was 50 pounds down and well on my way to optimal living.  Having found another passion, my health, I became determined to help others along the same journey.

I received a health coaching certification from Villenova Universities Center for Obesity Prevention and Education and since then, have helped dozens of people lose hundreds of pounds and keep it off!
