Joe has always had a passion to help the young leaders of today and tomorrow.  Through his involvement in churches and non profits, along with his work at Slingshot Group in coaching, Joe has begun to reach out to people living in the stress of leadership who are struggling in their marriage, walk and beyond to help them grow past the challenges that we all face every day. Joe has been happily married to his wife Christy since 2001 and has four children, Elijah, Selah, David, and Elisabeth. The McAlpines are originally from the Chicago area. In his spare time you can find him hanging out with his family and playing his ukulele.
